Thanks for entering the Pay It Forward giveaway - Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, that my sister, Barb did with me.
My copy goes to Kathleen Marie, at The Open Window. Kathleen Marie and I have been reading each other's blogs for quite awhile now. She lives up in God's Country - the Black Hills of South Dakota. Kathleen - I'll pop it in the mail ASAP - you want to start this one the minute it arrives in your mailbox!
To see who Barb's copy goes to, hop over to her site - A Chelsea Morning.
Everyone else - stop by again, I need to clean off my bookshelves before we move, so I'll be paying it forward again soon.
And a P.S. Some of you follow our mom's blog, Flight Song. At 75, she is the oldest blogger I know of (she'll hate the way that sounds but I find it pretty impressive. I can only imagine the fits modern technology will give me at that age). She's having knee replacement surgery today, so if you'd be praying for her we'd sure appreciate it. If you pop over to let her know you prayed, that would be even better! We expect her to be in the hospital for at least a couple days, then coming home to do the rehab after the surgery. I'd love for her to come home showered with well wishes from other bloggers, and I'll try to keep you up on how she's getting along.

I held my breath when I counted down to my winner and you'd laugh when I tell you Kathleen came within just a few numbers of winning my copy of the book too. Imagine what people would think if she'd gotten REALLY lucky and won both giveaways. :-)
My winner was Becky at The Butler's Wife and that's nice because she's the person who rescued my flat chocolate chip cookies, or rather her husband, The Butler, did. LOL
This was fun - we'll have to another double giveaway soon. xoxo
Bev, Thank you so very much! I so look forward to reading this book. I know the feeling about giving books away before you move. That was one of the hardest things I had to do. I did give some to care centers, libraries and senior centers as well as pass many on to friends and family. I still have a LOT of books that I simply cannot part with.
Once again, thank you so very much! Have a wonderful day!
I will definitely be praying for your Mom -- Hugs!
Praying, Bev ...
And, going now to her blog to leave a comment.
Prayed for your Mom, and popped over to say hello to her.
Just wanted to check back in and see if you had heard from her- hope everything went great for her today.
I've already been praying for Judith but I'll drop back by to let her know I'm still praying.
Congrats to Kathleen Marie on winning the book giveaway.
xoxoxo

Never got over to see you and pray for your mom yesterday, but I'll be praying today. So glad the news is good. And, yay for KM. Can't think of a better person for that book to go to. :)
