Giving All the Glory To God!

We have a contract.

After two weeks on the market, and six showings, we got an offer this afternoon and by dinner time it was a done deal. The only thing hanging out there is the inspection. No contingency, no loan to sweat. Just the inspection.

Tonight we're not thinking about the fact that we'll be sleeping somewhere else one month from today, just about how awesome God was in this. We prayed it would sell by the end of May, to someone who did not need to sell their house and would be easily approved for a loan.

Incredible. Incredible. Incredible.

Tomorrow or the next day we'll think about boxes and the logistics of finding a place to rent, moving our stuff to two different places, and the fact that we'll be moving a week after our daughter and her family do so, but just for tonight we're thinking ....

The little girl buried deep inside me is thinking, "who's your Daddy? who's your Daddy?"

Woo hoo! Glory to GOD! Like Barb, I'm not at all surprised because you'd done all your homework, quite literally, and we've all been bathing it in prayer. Thankful, grateful and blessed, but not surprised. :o)

I found pictures of your house from back when Caiden was a baby, and it made me a little sad--EXCEPT that your new house is a two hour drive, not a two day drive! Yay!! Now I think I'm getting a little bit excited, and Chris may agree that you might actually go through with it all!! ;)

Now you should write a book on stagging a home for quick sale.
