Looks a little bit strange....
Lord, we've done everything we can. It's in your hands now. Help us not to fret over it, rather to trust you to send the right buyers at the right time.
Amen
P.S. Lord, please help me fight off a complaining spirit while I try to keep the house sparkling clean all the time, with no help at all from the three somewhat smelly, profusely shedding four-leggeds who also live under this roof. I never saw mention in a single home staging book of the aroma of wet dog being a plus.
Note to readers: That roof looks worn out but is actually in dandy shape. Temperature of 29 degrees this morning left a coating of hard frost on everything. It's spring in Pittsburgh!

I hope it sells for you. It looks like the perfect house to raise a family.
Lovely!!!
You've done her proud, Bev.
Thank you for sharing your highs, mids, and lows in this process. It's been quite a chapter of its own, hasn't it.
If I could afford it, and if I wanted to move to a climate you cannot wait to move away from, I'd buy this house in a heartbeat. It's stunning. Absolutely gorgeous.
But you're right - seeing that sign in the front yard is a little strange.
You know I'm praying that it sells very quickly. xoxoxo
From your lips to God's ears, let it be so.
Have a great weekend, Bev. I know it's good to have everything for staging the house marked off your to-do list.

It looks beautiful!
BTW, I'm going to be in your neck of the woods in June. I'll keep you posted.
It looks so nice, Bev! You guys have done a fine job getting it ready to sell - inside and out! I'll be praying that your buyer is anxious, is pre-approved, and is renting something right now. Hey, it pays to ask specifically, right!?
Happy Easter!
Look at that! The day is here. It's such a lovely home Bev, I'm sure it will sell quickly.
It looks very warm and welcoming Bev. We'll pray the Lord sends just the right family to live and love in your beautiful home.
Have a blessed Easter!
I'd buy it :)
We feel your pain(literally)! It looks beautiful! We are about to venture this domain ourselves and interestingly enough, I have been praying almost that exact phrase!
