Magnificent Sewing Fun

It's been awhile since I've sewn anything this much fun:

It started out simple, but I started embellishing and ran with it. It's for a very special little girl, our only granddaughter, who will be turning a big three years old this weekend. Three year olds can get away with a lot of embellishing, don't you think?

And turning three calls for a magnificent hat, I do believe. Happy Birthday, Sweet Miss Addie!

That's such an adorable outfit - and I love the big bow on the hat. I'm sure she's going to look so cute!

Oh my goodness that is adorable! She is going to look edible in that outfit. Like an ice cream float! I hope Sarah posts a picture of her wearing it. That hat. That hat!!

How sweet is that outfit!

I'm just catching up here, Bev since I'm without a computer right now. Thanks for hanging with me.

Congratulations on selling your house! I didn't realize you weren't moving straight to Texas and having to rent something for a year. My goodness, that's a lot. But, knowing your family (all that Sarah writes about), that's normal, right? ha!

I'm just so tickled for you and can't wait to read more of what's going on.

So beautiful! I LOVE the fancy colors. And that hat - my goodness - she could have worn that to the Kentucky Derby!

I hope your little granddaughter has a wonderful time turning 3, and that hat will just make her day. Remember to take some photos!
Have a great weekend, Bev.
