We've had this patio set and grill for a good three to five years.
Our home in Texas has patio furniture and a grill, so we don't need them. It was such fun to watch them ride away on a flatbed trailer today, headed to our daughter's and son-in-law's home.
It was more fun to get this photo - they had dinner there this evening. It did our hearts so much good to know this sweet family is going to get many hours of enjoyment out of having them. It truly IS more blessed to give than to receive! There's also a double bed, a craft table, shelving for their garage, etc. etc. etc. that not only decluttered our home, but gives a touch of our home to theirs; It completely warms our hearts too know that'll last long after we're gone from here.

What a great blessing for both of you! New memories for your furniture :)
Your deck furniture looks wonderful on their porch. No wonder they're thrilled. I didn't realize what a nice porch they had - I'd eat dinner out there every night of the week until the weather drove inside.
How fun, to give new life to the things you don't want to take to TX with you. Knowing how happy they are to receive this is worth far more than you ever could have gotten on Craigslist. xoxoxo
I love seeing that coal bucket! I have many memories of filling ours up with library books--I've tried to find some here for the kids, but you wouldn't believe how expensive they are now! I'm still searching, but if you have any others left at home, I'd be happy to take one or three off your hands :)
What a blessing for your daughter! The furniture totally looks great on their patio!
What a beautiful porch, and the furniture looks great! What a wonderful place to spend evenings, and the extra blessing of having your furniture for their own will be extra special to them when you're in TX.
How cool is this?!!! So neat to bless, and in turn feel so blessed.
