In hindsight, perhaps the day after New Year's, which is only one day after New Year's Eve, when we all stayed up til 2 am watching crazy people in Las Vegas jump over things and onto things and the little one woke us up at 8 am because somebody who will remain unnamed mentioned to him, as he was closing his eyes, "Remember Grammy and Landon will make donuts in the morning"...
Perhaps it wasn't the best day for switching to Lite Coffee....
Prediction for January 2009 - afternoon naps til my body and brain function on half the caffeine.
And since I didn't share this little changed coffee concoction secret with DH, he's likely to wonder if he's coming down with something, like Sleeping Sickness!

I think there's something in the by-laws of marriage that says you can't switch the caffeine content without telling your spouse!
I'm on cup #2 of the real stuff--combine that with a decongestant and allergy meds, and I'm ready to get some stuff done!!
Thanks for the dog prayers--Facebook is filled with people commenting on us finding them!! It's crazy to me how much people love their dogs. But one night without ours, and I totally get it now. If Chris would let me, I'd get Scout a rhinestone-studded collar and make him homemade dog biscuits!!
I could never pull that one off on hubby. He knows his caffienne. LOL.
My poor guy is resolving to start his day with "only" 2 cans of pop a day. Hey...I'm not judging. Won't see me switching to 1/2 caff any time soon.
But naps are always a good thing. However and whenever you can get them.
I tried that once. For me ... not for him. It didn't work. Good luck!!
Happy New Year! I tried switching to 50% decaffeinated but hubby only drank twice as much 'o' So I went back to regular. I am a tea drinker myself... Add the milk and sugar please ☺ Hugs!
LOL Poor Don
