Secret #1 - revealed....

She's sick as all get out and we could not be more tickled (about the pregnancy, not that she feels like dirt.)

Grandbaby #5 is due right after the New Year. Best kind of fireworks will be going off down south. Maybe he or she will even be the New Year's Baby? For years and years we've prayed that each of our children and their spouses would be able to have a family, so this is an answer to prayer.

Not that I get a vote, but I still can't decide if we need another little girl in our family (Addie needs someone to play paperdolls with), or if Dan needs someone to take fishing....

One way or another, I'm pretty sure this baby should end up tall, with brown eyes, dark hair and nice looking, eventually. When Dan was born he was actually a pretty funny looking baby... Congratulations Dan and Janae! And maybe, just maybe baby will arrive in time to get that 2009 tax deduction.

Well I vote for twins! I say, a boy and a girl just to keep everyone happy.

I'm so thrilled for them. Just look at the two of them - it's pretty clear you're going to get another beautiful grandbaby. And I'm going to get another grand niece of nephew or both.

Such wonderful news. Congratulations to our whole family! xoxoxo

Oh Bev, how I remember Danny as a new born baby!!! Wow!! Main thing I can remember is a head of hair that should have belonged to a 16 year old. I think I looked at him and said something wonderful like "that's quite a boy." (Pretty profound statement when your at a loss for words, isn't it?)
He was a cute little boy and now a "HUNK" of a young man.
I'm so happy for them, as well as you and Don.
Trust that all will go well and that they will be blessed with a healthy baby.

Actually Barb, twins run pretty strong in Janaes family, so I'm praying for just one at a time. Theres nothing quite so overwhelming as a first baby, unless it's twin first babies. We're tickled to pieces over their news.

Oh, Bev - what fun, fun news! I'm so happy for you, and the new parents-to-be. Sick = healthy baby, right? Right. Hopefully that stage doesn't last long.

I'm actually nervous about your second secret. Jaw-dropping and tear-producing? Uh oh...

Congratulations! What wonderful news!!

I have to ask though....did it really take FIVE tests to confirm this??? LOL!

Yaaaaay! I thought something like this might be the secret, and I'm so glad!

I still have my pregnancy tests from my kids, who are now nearly 11 and 13. Don't know if that's gross, and I don't care, either. :)

Congrats!!!

Bev, I'm pregnant with twins - a girl and boy!

And to Kate, yes, some of us take lots of tests (I think I also took 5, every two days) because we just can't believe that we've finally got that good news we've been praying for, for years :)
