Riveting photos of The Alamo and River Walk

Here are our photos of the Alamo and the Riverwalk, in San Antonio, Texas.

Anybody want to volunteer to break the news to my husband? When you mess with the settings on the digital camera, and you see 'no image', they mean it.

Oh Bev! I'm sure you had a great time...sorry about the photos. You'll just have to go back!

Yes, yes, yes, I think you said you and I might go this coming June. It's so nice you already know the way. I'll bring along a book Max Lucado published in 1985, so maybe he will autograph it, if we can get to his church down there. Would love riding those boats at the River Walk with you, and since it will be summer, you and I can overdose on guocamole under a shade tree there, and if there's time, I know other places not far away we can also check out. I think I will love your living in your home state again.

You were so close by Bev!!!
Didn't you just love the Alamo. I have visited so many times and there is always something so special about it to me.

Well, your photos of the Alamo look a lot like mine. Doesn't that make you feel better?

Oh, wait. We didn't go to the Alamo. That might be even worse than going and deleting the pictures! But the pool sure was nice :)

My parents threw a 16th Birthday Surprise Party for me-way back when. My dad took tons of photos..capturing every moment. After the party he realized...no film in the camera.

I have some awesome pictures of our visit a couple years ago. I could send them to you and you could photoshop yourselves in! We LOVED the River Walk!! I have to say I love the pictures you did get. Looks pretty typical of the things I take photos of. Never know...you might want to duplicate that window treatment someday ;-) Hope you had a great time and stored lots of photos in your memory!

I'm laughing so hard, I can barely type. But really, if you want an up close look at how to make those fancy drapes, you're all set!

Poor Don. I'll bet he feels awful. But seriously, you'll be going back.
